Resistor“Resistor” uses the news and events of the week to theme an hour-long soundtrack of, you guessed it, our resistance. Join Joe Miles as he, along with global news and studio guests, brings us the music from the front of creative, non-violent, collective resistance.

Resistor is skating thin ice every week – Thursdays from 9pm – as it uses music to explore the resistance to socially valued, destructive behaviour which is characteristic of the place we live. This resistance is varied and changing, which is why every week Joe will be programming an eclectic hour of rock, folk, reggae, hip hop and electronica.

Joe will post regular show notes and playlists, and can be contacted in the studio by emailing onair (at) 3abr (dot) org – or with twitter during the show @Filter_Select.
