The second show for resistor – we’ve found a comfy place to sit and get this beautiful night slipping into the future. We spent a bit of time looking at where we’ll go with this show, that is – we’ll be playing music and audio of resistance. Creative, non-violent resistance (not necessarily protest) to the socially normative yet damaging things we find. Anything from Fracking to the abuse of asylum seekers to the shallow fetish that is “labour flexibility”.

The song we played tonight were;

  • Hollie McNish – Mathematics
  • Steve Hughes – Live
  • Motorhead – Ace Of Spades
  • The Parameters – Pig City
  • NoFx – The Brews
  • Phrase – Clockwork
  • Flobots – Handlebars
  • Lee Camp – Moment Of Clarity #290

Until next week!

-Joe
